Welcome to LeAnn's charming 1911 Farmhouse...

Welcome to LeAnn's darling 1911 farmhouse, located in Perrysburg, Ohio. Residing in her home for 5 years, LeAnn refers to her style as "modern farmhouse chic". It's modern cottage, with a simplistic, eclectic twist. "I have gone through many styles over the years" says LeAnn, "but I always seem to gravitate back to cottage style".

LeAnn loves to experiment with color and she's not afraid to switch things up. Like she says, "It's only paint. Take a chance". Right now, her house has a lot of color for the fall and winter, but as spring comes, LeAnn plans on toning it down with more creams and lighter tones. "I decorate according to the seasons" says LeAnn, "and as spring and summer come I want it a lot lighter, more serene, and less cluttered".

LeAnn refers to herself as an "urban shopper", as she prefers stores like Pottery Barn, Home Goods and Ballard Designs over flea markets. She loves to have a lot of pillows and she enjoys decorating with lamps, moving them around and switching out the shades. Moving her furniture around quite often as well, LeAnn feels it's the best way to give your rooms a fresh look without spending money. She's even helped others to stage their homes, and they are always amazed at how she's given their rooms a whole new look.

Paint is another inexpensive way to change the ambience of a room. "I often have a paintbrush in my hands" says LeAnn, "painting walls or furniture, because how do you know unless you try it. If you don't like it, paint it back"! It is LeAnn's passion to become a full-time stager.
